I am currently Group Account Director at LADbible, in the Delivery team, with a senior leadership team remit. I have experience in the UK & Australian market, both agency and client-side.

For the last five years I’ve been in London, but prior to that I was based in Australia for nearly six years. In the UK I have worked at LADbible to lead the Account Management/ Delivery team, as well as oversee branded content campaigns and client relationships. I have worked on ŠKODA’s digital presence; which included in depth work on their data and optimisation stream, platform work, and award-winning campaign launches. I have developed content and marketing toolkits for Rescue Remedy and Medela, and helped to launch Swisse into the UK market.

Whilst in Australia, I ran the accounts for some of Australia’s - and the world’s - best loved and well known brands. This includes a stable of FMCG brands such as Mondelez and Saputo; alcoholic beverages including Asahi-owned brands such as Peroni, and local brands like Innocent Bystander; health insurance; energy; education, and charity clients.

For these clients I led the development of award winning, digital-focused solutions: from brand campaigns and digital/content strategies to microsites and platform builds, as well as campaign and social content.

I’ve also had the opportunity to grow and shape the businesses I’ve worked for. Most recently, at LADbible I launched a new sales product and have worked to enhance ways of working processes. I’ve was also involved in new business at Tribal Worldwide; and prior to arriving back in the UK, I focused on the opening and development of the Sydney office for Melbourne-based independent agency Hardhat.

Prior to my time in Australia, I worked for London-based communications agency HMX; across clients such as EY, GE Healthcare, and RSA insurance; as well as grounding my experience marketing and fundraising roles for the Royal Academy of Music, The Institute of Cancer Research, and Oxfam.

My success lies in the development of strong and long-lasting relationships, both with the client and my teams; an understanding of business problems; and a solution-focused approach.
